Past President Richard S. Fama died Saturday March 14,2009

Richard S. Fama FAMA, Richard S. "Dick" Of Lake Suzy, FL, formerly of Saugus & Everett, died after a brief illness on March 14 at the age of 73. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 48 years, Marilyn (Kennedy) Fama. He also was the dedicated and loving father of Richard S. Fama, Jr. and his wife Linda of Saugus, David J. Fama and his wife Jill of Peabody, Lee Ann Robbins and her husband Steven of Fremont, NH, Andrea M. Fama of Saugus and the late Christopher Kennedy Fama. Cherished and proud "Papa" to Christina & Daniel Fama of Saugus and Jessica & Delaney Fama of Peabody. Devoted son of the late Geneva (Parlatore) & Morris Fama. Loving brother of the late Delores "Dolly" Quincy. Funeral from the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., Saugus, Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral mass at the Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. Former V. P. of the Saugus Bank & Trust Co. and Past Pres. of the Saugus Rotary Club.
